Players compete in season-long leagues at partner facilities. Facilities host those players and keep every penny of their bay revenue. Here's how each side works.
For players
Compete in a leagueYou compete against players across the whole network, not just the regulars at your local bay. Rounds are played at a partner facility during a two-week window for each event, on your own schedule.
League rounds must be played at a partner facility. That's what keeps scoring consistent — the settings, the course setup and the hardware are all verified. It's also how the facility benefits from hosting you.
Step 1
Find your facility
Check the network map for a partner facility you can get to. If there isn't one near you yet, tell them about us — joining is free for facilities and takes a few days.
Step 2
Pick a league and sign up
Choose the league and format that suits you, then fill in one form. Individual leagues, two-player teams, gross and net flights — each league page lists its format and payouts in full.
Step 3
Pay your entry
One payment on this site covers your league entry and your place in the prize pool. Bay time at your facility is separate and paid to them directly, at whatever they charge.
Step 4
We set you up
We create your player account, add you to the league and connect your scoring. You'll get a welcome email with your Sim Golf Leagues ID and everything you need. You don't configure anything.
Step 5
Book a bay and play
Each event runs for two weeks. Book time at your facility whenever suits, load in, and play the course. At partner facilities your player is already set up — nothing to type in.
Step 6
Watch the leaderboard
Scores post automatically when you finish. Standings update through the season, handicaps adjust as you post rounds, and payouts follow the schedule published on your league page.

For facilities
Host the tourPartnering is free. There is no fee to join, no revenue share on your bay time, and nothing to administer. You host players; we run the competition.
Players in your area sign up through this site, choose your facility as their home venue, and book bay time with you to play their rounds. You keep 100% of that.

Apply to join
Tell us about your facility — location, launch monitor, how many bays. Takes a couple of minutes and commits you to nothing.
Step 2
We review and talk
We check your setup works with the league formats, then walk you through seasons, timing and what your members get out of it.
Step 3
You go on the map
Your facility appears on the network map and in the signup form, so players in your area can find you and choose you as their home venue.
Step 4
Players come to you
They book bay time with you directly, at your rates, on your booking system. That revenue is yours entirely and never passes through us.
Step 5
We run everything else
Schedules, course setups, scoring, handicaps, standings and payouts are handled centrally. Your team doesn't administer a league — you host one.
Step 6
Your off-season fills up
Leagues run through the months when outdoor play stops. A reason for members to book in January, and a reason to hold a membership year-round.
How the money works
Two separate transactions that never mix.
- League entry is paid by the player to Sim Golf Leagues through this site. It funds the prize pool and running the competition.
- Bay time is paid by the player to the facility, at whatever the facility charges. We never see it, never take a cut, and have no say in it.
- Facilities pay nothing. No joining fee, no subscription, no revenue share.
